Michael Hagle

It is said that when the fort fell several persons were in the process of removing to various other forts for protection. On the way to a fort in the Tygart Valley a party consisting of John Bush, Michael Hagle (Bush's brother-in-law) and Elias Painter was attacked and Hagle and Painter fell.
