Friday April 22 1864 (Before W. Gunn, Esq. P M) Drunkards - James Maroney and Elizabeth Walpole wereeach fined 10s. Breaches of the Police Act. Michael O'Keeffe, Geo. Patterson, sen,. and John Smith, were each fined 5s., costs., being remitted for not having their names and address painted on vehicles belonging to and driven by them. George Underling was fined a similar amount for riding on his waggon, and having no person to guide the horses. Breach of Master and Servant Act. David Coates fined 20s. and costs., 9s 6d., for. refusing to obey the lawful commands of his master, Mr F. W. Tucker. He had been dilrected by complainant to get a horse from the paddock and get it ready for him to mount, but refused to do so.
