NOTE......I Michael Steven Potts have one son Andrew Steven Potts, My dad was Andrew Smith Potts, his dad was George Taylor Potts, and George T. Potts dad was Jonas Potts. Jonas Potts dad was Samuel Potts. Samuel Potts dad came from Ireland. My third great grand father on my mothers side M.R. Boyd , his dad came from Ireland also. George Taylor Potts lived between 1857 a.d. and 1934.a.d. Andrew Smith Potts lived between November 25th 1907 A.D. till May 22nd 1976. I was born June 19th 1952. My son Andrew Steven Potts was born New Years Eve,December 31st 1982 almost exactly one year and 9 months after our wedding, conceived on our 1st wedding anniversary. I Worked at H.P.Deuschers played in local Soul and Rock bands started at Champion Papers in 1973 , worked at mill 38 plus years. Played guitar and bass. Attended various types of churches. baptized at Tri- County Assembly of God, then later at Stalheber Baptist church. Finaly joining Miltonville Baptist church. At one time an avid bible reader and bible book reader. Passed out lots of tracts and religous literature. Loved the Smoky Mtns, Jimi Hendrix, and his beloved dogs " Beeper" and " Bandit " Raised and sold Angelfish, Albino plecos , and fancy guppies. 5 foot 10 inches 215 pounds brown eyes, brown hair turned gray. If you follow my family tree back on boths sides you will get to Samuel Potts on each side. He is my Great, great, grandfather on my dads side and my Ggggrandfather on my moms side. Making me my fifth cousin. As of 8/3/2017 I have Samuels parents as Stephen and Sarah of Sampson North Carolina which came from another persons family tree that may be wrong because they have a daughter and daughter in law named Sara or Sarah and a Sara is married to a Stephen.
