"There are several extenuating points surrounding Julian White, who surrendered to police early this week after learning he was wanted for questioning in the killing of Mildred Y. Bullock, 43, found dead in her apartment at 2525 N. Pennsylvania. A brother of the arrested man, John White, 38, made the discovery around 7:30 a.m. Sunday. He explained Julian White had been living with the woman who died from a bullet in the head. Julian White later showed up at Police Headquarters and after an appearance in Criminal Division 2, had his bond upped to $30,000 after it was learned he had an outstanding warrant. Julian White, he’s also due psychiatric examination, also has another case pending, a February 20 shooting." Source:: Indianapolis Recorder,Indianapolis, Marion County, 3 May 1980, page 20
