Obituary - M. Madeline Miles - December 5, 1984 WOLFVILLE - Mildred Madeline Miles, 63, of Kentville, formerly of Avonport, died Dec 5 in Miller Hospital, Kentville. Born in Avonport, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Mary (Cochrane) Goler. She is survived by her husband, Armenus; three sons, Dimock, Waterville; Floyd, Canning; Armenus Jr., Red Deer, Alt; five daughters, Bessie (Mrs. John Daley), Edmonton; Joyce (Mrs. James Hum), Ottawa; Edna (Mrs. Paul Aker), Kentville; Linda (Mrs. Darrell Lockhart), Red Deer; Peggy (Mrs. Anthony Goucher), St. John; a brother, Charles, White Rock; a sister, Leota (Mrs. Harding Pinch), West Brooklyn; 19 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two bothers, Cran and Wilbert; three sisters, Elizabeth, Katherine and Florence. The body rested in H.C. Lindsay Fuenral Home, Wolfville. Funeral was held Dec. 8 in the funeral home, Rev. Gary Manthorne assisted by Rev. Russell Anderson officiating with burial in West Brooklyn Cemetery.
