Milton Manihera Waikaaho Raroa

A teenage mother who shook her baby to death was an example of a young and inadequate parent who lacked the skills and maturity to raise children, a judge said as he sent her to jail. Myra Paea, who was 18 at the time, was at her Gisborne home alone with her 7½-week-old son Milton Manihera Waikaaho Raroa when she became angry at his crying.
