Note: Could maybe be the Moyses Herschl in the 1783 Prachensko census in Lnare. Looks promising. [pvh.ff.cuni.cz/zidi/Prachensko_1793.pdf 1793 Prachensko census] (pp.62-63) lists a Moyses Benesch, married to Regina, with 9 children (Philipp being the youngest). Another child is Joseph, who may be the Joseph Benesch marrie to Rosalia who appears in Horezdovice records. Moyses Benesch also appears in 1799.

CAUTION: Is *not* the Markus Benisch in 2 Familiants, married to Esther/Theresia Liebermann with a son Philipp, however -- Philipp ben Mayer/Markus married Katharina Brumel in a time period that would overlap this Philipp's marriage to Amalia Lissa. It seems plausible that Moises and Mayer/Markus could be brothers, given the names, ages, and locations.
