Moshe Fishgendler was born in Polonnoye in 1888 to Haim and Dvora. He was a glazier and married. Prior to WWII he lived in Romanov, Ukraine (USSR). During the war he was in Romanov, Ukraine (USSR). Moshe was murdered in 1942 in Romanov, Ukraine (USSR) at the age of 54.
