About Nachum Festenberg
A letter in the Jewish Chronicle, London, May 20 1930
THE REVISIONISTS' SECESSION
The Rev. J. K. Goldbloom, in a sermon which he preached the other day at Montague Road Beth Hamedrash, deplored the fact that the Revisionists saw fit to leave the Zionist Organisation. This complaint has been voiced by other leaders also in the Press. So as to hear both sides of the question, I asked the New Zionist Organisation for their version, and" received from them.a pamphlet by E. Ben-Horin entitled "How and Why We Left, the Old Zionist Organisation." There is a wealth of detail in the pamphlet. It contains assertions concerning the Zionist organisation that certainly ought to be answered. As an old Zionist I deem it my duty to ask the Zionist Organisation to reply to these statements. Surely the Zionist leaders must have a good case and should lose no time, in refuting allegations which seem to me incredible—MR. NAHUM FESTENBERG. 102, Bonner Road,E.2.
