About Nancy Allouche
Nancy Green Allouche, daughter of Walter Green and Charlotte Clark Green, passed away at the age of 53 in San Francisco, California. She lived in San Francisco for most of her life and loved the city.
Nancy was creative and loved the arts. In her early years she painted, did ceramics, and textile weaving. Her creativity led to her career in professional hair styling where she was known for her artistry with color. Many of her clients became her close friends and traveling companions.
Nancy loved to travel, going many times to Italy to visit her brother David and his family. She spoke fluent Italian. She was an excellent dancer who loved salsa, Middle Eastern classical, tango, and flamenco. Family was very important to Nancy and she loved being a special aunt to her nephews Andrew and Nathan.
Nancy is preceded in death by her mother Charlotte, father Walter and her brother David. Left to mourn and celebrate Nancy are her brother, Peter Green, her sister in law Alda Green, her father’s wife, Polly Green, her stepsisters Sari Scanlon, Jenny Vahdati, Katie Scanlon, and Sioban Ramji, her aunts and uncles, and 9 nieces and nephews. All those who love her and her strong spirit will miss her.
