Nancy Homan, 84, Dalton Resident, Dies Thursday

Funeral services were held on Sunday for Mrs. Nancy Homan, 84, at the Methodist Church in Dalton of which she was a member. Rev. Paul Price officiated.

Mrs. Homan died on Thursday morning at a rest home in Navarre where she had been a patient three days. She had resided in Dalton over 50 years. Since 1952, she lived with her daughter, Mrs. Velda Bryce, in Massillon.

She is also survived by another daughter, Mrs. Lydia Myers of Miami, Fla.; five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; seven brothers, Cyrus Singer of Brewster, Samuel and David, George Chapman of Dalton R.D. 1, Alvin of Canton and Eugene of Orrville, Levi of Cuyahoga Falls. Four sisters preceded her in death.

Burial was made in the Dalton Cemetery. Friends were received from the former Monbarren residence in Dalton on Saturday afternoon and evening.
