Nancy E. Riley

In August 26, 1870, the census records that "Nancy E. Hammonds", aged 17, was living with her mother "Jency" and siblings in Magoffin County, Kentucky.

A decade later, the 1880 census shows that Nancy had married "John Rilly" and had three young children. She still lived in Magoffin.

By June 19, 1900, John and Nancy Riley still lived in Magoffin County, and had five children living at home.

The 1920 census, taken on January 14 of that year, shows that Nancy was living with her daughter Sola and granddaughter Bessie in Ashland, Kentucky.

According to the Kentucky Death Index 1911-2000, Nancy died on May 12, 1925 in Boyd County, Kentucky, and her great-granddaughter verified that she died in Ashland, Kentucky.

In 1860, Nancy was seven years old and living in Magoffin County, Kentucky (1860 census).

When she was seventeen, Nancy was living with her mother, Jency, and three siblings in Magoffin (1870 census).

By her mid-twenties, Nancy was married to John Riley and her three children, with whom she still lived in Magoffin (1880 census).

At the turn of the century, Nancy was still living in Magoffin with her husband, now having five children living at home (1900 census).

By 1920, a widowed Nancy was living with her daughter Sola's family in Ashland, Kentucky (1920 census).

Nancy died on May 12, 1925 in Ashland, Kentucky (death records; Hilma Pennington).
