Anne was the second daughter of Colonel John and Mina Wiatt. She was well known for her beauty and gaiety in early life. In later years, after the untimely death of her husband, she became very religious and gave up all worldly pleasures. She was an active member of the Dorcas Society and a zealous member of the Methodist Church. She died February 1, 1842.
