Narendra Nath Kaul

Narendra Nath Kaul (1883 - 1921)was the Revenue Minister of the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir upto 1921. Earlier he was the Governor of Jammu and later Srinagar province of the princely State of Jammu and Kashmir.. He was born in Amritsar. He had his initial education in Punjab. He went for higher education to England and graduated from St John’s College, Cambridge University. He returned to join service in the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir where his father Rai Bahadur Radha Kishen Kaul was then Wazir of Ladakh and later Judge, High Court. Narendra Nath is remembered for the reforms in the Food Dept of Kashmir to this day.
