Neil Horrocks (1982 - 2018)

Brief overview:

Neil (36), a chef who worked in Welkom, was ambushed by two men, shot in his chest and strangled with wire, when he was walking back to his home in Flamingo Park from Manny's hangout on 17th November 2018.

Capt. Stephen Thakeng, police spokesperson, said two men robbed Horrocks of R600. He fought back and he was shot in his chest, strangled with a wire and left at the scene tied up with the wire.
Neil died at the scene.
