DOWNS — Neil “Muskrat” Oliver, 83, of Downs, died Friday, Aug. 10, 2018. Neil was born May 29, 1935, in Reno County to Estey and Goldie (Fitzgerald) Oliver. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1958 to 1964.
Survived by: wife, June Oliver, of Downs; daughters, Sandie Ebling (Randy), of Wichita, and Lisa Angell, of Columbia, Mo.; sons, Dean Oliver (Yvonne), of Osborne, Lee Oliver (Traci), of Smith Center, Rex Oliver (Sandy), of Burr Oak, Kent Oliver (Jana), of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Charlie Angell, of Columbia, Mo.; sister, Phyllis Twietmeyer; brother, Dan Oliver; 16 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by brother, Charles.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, at All Faiths Funeral Chapel, Smith Center. Visitation: 1-8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, with family receiving friends from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Burial: in South Oak Creek Cemetery, Downs.
