Nicholas Haldeman II came to America with his parents. He was naturalized same time as his father (Nicholas Haltaman I) in the Supreme Court in Philadelphia PA on Apr 11, 1743.

Nicholas Haldeman II married Elizabeth Cassel in 1738. They reportedly had 4 or 5 children: Nicholas III 1739-1819 Christian 1742-1832 Abraham 1746-1827 Catherine 1750-1832 Barbara ???

It is written that in 1765 he sold the farm he had purchased from his father (in Montgomery Co PA) and moved to Chester Co PA where he purchased land in Charleston Twp. It is reported that he died in Charleston Twp, Chester Co PA either in 1785 or after 1797.
