As Extr. of his father's Nichloas paid taxes on slaves to Allender, Marche, and Street in 1803. Relationship unknown. In 1820 Thomas Lytle arranged estate settlement for Elizabeth McComas with a Joshua Rutledge. She got land Mt. Vernon and youngest son educated and his mother quit claims to him in 1832 Mt. Vernon...he d. 1878.
