Son: Nicholas, tract where I now live. Daughter: Jean Mills, 1/3 pt. of my estate that is to say negroes, stock, and household goods. Remainder to be divided between my first five children. Execs: Justinian and Nicholas Mills. Wit: Matthew Heard, Ignatius Heard, Edmund Heard, William Norris. (Maryland Calendar of Wills). NOTE: Elizabeth is not named, but he doesn't name his first five children so she must have been one of those.
