I Nicholas Rich of ye Town of Attleburrough in the County of Bristoll in the Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England House Carpenter For and in Consideration of the Sum of Six pounds…paid and Delivered by John Houghton Senr of the Town of Lancaster I ye Cunty of Middlesex in the Province abovesd yeoman…I the said Nicholas Rich Together wth Grace my now married wife and be vertue of a Lettr of Attorney Received from our Daughter Hannah Lewis Daughter and Sole heire of Christopher Lewis Some time of Said Lancaster Deceased …said Lettr of Attorney bearing Date the Thirtieth Day of June 1713 Have Granted bargained Sold …and In behalfe of the Said Hannah Lewis and in her name and Stead…one Town Right and Estate in sd Lancaster Town Book being part of the right that formerly belonged to William Lewis as Entered upon sd Town Record and of Right belonged to Christopher Lewis at the time of his Decease…we have hereunto Set our hands & Seals this fourteenth Day of July in the Twelfth year of the Reign of our Soveraign Lady Anne of Great Brittain ye Queen Anno Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and Thirteen.
