NICHOLAS WARREN

Nicholas Warren is identified in the will of his father, Richard Warren the Elder. The will of Richard Warren ("Richarde Warren otherwysse called Waller, of Bassingborne, county Cambridge") was dated March 28, 1557 and "proved" on May 2, 1557. Elder brother Richard Warren the Younger ("Richarde my sonne") is identified as the first heir, Nicholas is identified as the second heir ("Nycolas my sonne") and bequeathed "my mesuage at goose styll wt v roods of lond belongyne to yt and a halfe yearde londe wt a mesuage called Willimoth buttynge upon Walton grene".

"Nicholas Warreyn" was the third witness to the updated will of his brother in law, John Foote. The fourth witness was his immediately older brother, "Richard Warreyn". The updated will of John Foote was probated on July 18, 1558 in London.
