Nickolas (Nicholas) Poore

Notes for NICHOLAS POORE: Source: James H. Creighton, Author of Eastwind Westwind, "The Legacy of John Poore. The family Poore, Poor, Poer and Powers, Prehistory to the Present". Little is known about Nicholas except that he resided in Lynn, MA in 1637-38. No records have been found to absolutely place him as a sibling of John, Alice, Samuel and Daniel. James Savage found the Essex County court records referring to Nickolas (Nicholas) Poore and his main contact was a family named "Lewis". Perhaps the Lewis family of Lynn descended from a marriage between Nicholas and a past member of the Lewis family.
