In 1986 graduated from the Radio Department at the Moscow Aviation Institute. 1988-1991 PhD student at the department of "Radio receivers" of the Moscow Aviation Institute. 1991-1997 Assistant Professor at the Moscow Institute of Aviation Technology Since 1997 retired.

In 2007 graduated from the All-Union Correspondence Financial Institute. Specialty is accounting and audit. Accountant, since 2012 retired. Now an art dealer.
