BENTONVILLE — Nina Dean Patton, 84, of Bentonville died Oct. 10, 2009, at Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville. She was born Sept. 20, 1925, in Osage to Charles A. and Mary Shackelford Ferguson.
Survivors include her husband, Euel Sylvester Patton; two sons, James M. Patton of Bentonville and Vernon Patton of Ozark; a daughter, Janice Shofner of Centerton; a brother; four sisters, including Leah Ferguson of Bentonville, Marie Fulkerson of Gentry and Minnie Lou Easley of Pea Ridge; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Nina Dean Patton Memorial 4-H Scholarship Fund, Benton County 4-H Foundation, 1204 S.W. 14th St., Bentonville, 72712.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Stockdale Funeral Services in Rogers.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church in Bentonville.
Burial will follow in Bentonville Cemetery.
