Court order on 19 January 1713/14 at Northampton Co, VA. Upon the petition of Mrs. Rebecca Maddux the court ordered that Mesrs Alexander Bagwell and Benjamin Johnson, as marrieing the daughters of Mr. Thomas Maddux dec'd, enter into bond with good security for that part of Mr. Thomas Maddux estate that belonged to their children between this and the next court.1
