About Noah Ward McKinney
Noah Ward McKinney, 87, the son of Lee and America McKinney, was born June 22, 1886 near Ozark and died Jan. 30, 1974 at the home of his sister.
He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Olive Blankenship and Mrs. Opal Erwin of Solo. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Mr. McKinney went to Iowa from Missouri when very young and worked as a hired hand for over 50 years, until at 79 he retired from his work and returned to Missouri to live.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 2, at 2 p.m. in the Evans-Elliott Chapel with Don Brower officiating.
Burial was in the Ozark Cemetery.
