Norris Wilcox was born in 1880 at Macon, Georgia, U.S.A..[1],[2] He was the son of Edward Wilcox and Ella Adelaide Marsh.[1]

He married Frances G. Dillon on 17 June 1922 at 1566 Colon Street, Montevideo, Uruguay.[1],[2]

He died in 1946.[1]

He was office manager and director of personnel for the New York office of United Artists.[1] (Actually, he was office manager by September 1918 for Famous Players - Lasky Corporation, precursor to Paramount Pictures Corporation. The timing of the marriage to Frances Dillon indicates that Florence was a first wife, and Frances was a second wife. With Florence living across country by 1918, chances are the first marriage was already on the rocks by then. -Ben M. Angel)
