WATSON, Notie Cecil, age 91, of Vandalia, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born June 15, 1921 in Cookeville, TN, daughter of the late Charlie & Ethel (Clouse) Henry.

She was a member of the North Dayton Baptist Church and was a retired employee of General Motors.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow.

She is survived by her loving family and friends.

A Graveside Service at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City.
