Wright Services, Saturday
Funeral services for Ollie R. Wright, Corning, were conducted Saturday afternoon in the Russell-Ermert Chapel by Reverend Jack Rearden of Rector. Wright, age 87, was born October, 13, 1887 in Randolph County, and died May 1, 1975, at Doctor's Hospital, Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He was a retired farmer.
On October 11, 1914 he was married to Miss Dollie C. Waller who died Feberary 4, 1971. On September 9, 1972 he was married to Mrs. Margaret Ballard, who survives. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He and Mrs. Ballard had been residing for the past few weeks at Corning Nursing Home.

Survivors, other than his Wife, are seven sons, Harold and Milburn Wright of Granite City, Ill., Melvin of Racine, Wisc., George and Norman of St. Louis, Clarence of Flint, Mich., Donald of Terre Haute, Ind., two daughters, Mrs. Loretta McGee of Sarasota, Fla. And Mrs. Florence Ray of Flint, Mich.; one brother, Robert Wright of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 48 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.

Burial was in Williams Cemetery under direction of Russell-Ermert.
