Oma graduated from Stanford University in 1920 and worked as a volunteer at Beale AFB during World War II. She was the mother of Charles Whitcomb "Charlie" TUTTLE, born 21 Aug 1927 at San Francisco CA, married at Woodland CA to Frances Elizabeth LOWE, born 15 Jun 1929, died 5 Sep 1998 at Colusa CA, buried at Williams Cemetery; and Sue TUTTLE, born 21 Aug 1930 at San Francisco CA, married at Colusa CA to Kenneth Barry NOACK. In 1939 she was living at Colusa CA. Survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
