Funeral services will be held at the residence of his sister, Mrs. Charlotte Peters, 53 East Polk av., Corona, L. I., on Friday evening, January 14, 1916, at eight o'clock. Interment Saturday A. M. at Cypress Hills Cemetery.

Mr. Waring, who was unmarried and 48 years old, was a son of the late Alanson K. Waring. He was a salesman for a large firm of Long Island City. Some time during Tuesday night Mr. Waring walked from his home ten blocks east on Polk avenue and proceeding about one block north from Polk avenue swallowed the contents of a two-ounce bottle of diluted lysol which caused his death. The body was discovered on Wedresday morning. There were no papers by which the body could be identified, but his disappearance was reported to the police and in this way the identification was finally made by Charles Grau, Mrs. Peters' son-in-law.

Waring, aged 48 years, at the home of his sister, Mrs. Charlotte Peters, 53 East Polk avenue, Corona. Mr. Waring, who was a salesman employed by a large firm in Long Island City, committed suicide some time the Tuesday night previous by drinking the contents of a two-ounce bottle of lysol in a lonesome spot at the rear of Dr. Combes' sanitarium on Jackson avenue, Corona. The body was discovered on Wednesday morning and was unidentified for some hours until Charles Grau, husband of Mrs. Peters' daughter, who lives at the home of his mother-in-law, identified the remains. Burial took place in Cvpress Hill Cemetery on Saturday morning.
