About Orval Anderson
Orval Wyatt Anderson, 81, died Tuesday, June 12,1990, in a Brigham City nursing home.
He was born May 28, 1909, in Hyrum, a son of Gilbert Nathan and Mary Wyatt Anderson.
He married Rosella Fensky on Oct. 22, 1927, in Logan.
He had lived in Hyrum, Wellsville and Brigham City.
He was an active member of the LDS church, having served in many positions such as MIA president and in the Sunday school presidency. He was a member "of the ward choir and a member of the ward choir quartet. He was a high priest at the time of his death.
Survivors include five sons and two daughters: Dr. Jeffrey Anderson, Pocatello, Idaho; Neil Anderson, Wellsville; Cleve Anderson, Rancho Cordova, Calif.; LaDell Anderson, Paul Idaho;- Vernal Anderson, Wellsville; Deloris A. Hill and Mrs. Nolan (Dawn) George, both of Brigham City; 25 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are four sisters: Velma Williamson, Pocatello, Idaho; Ferris Leatham, Hyrum; Mary Owens and Norma Watkins, both of Ogden.
