Oscar Left US on 10/22/1899 on board Augusta Victoria arrived in Hamburg 11/1/1899 residing in Vienna temp. 2years. this is signed and sworn at embassy in Vienna 7/7/1908 by George Barley Rivers. Attended the University of Vienna.(this was authenticated by Leila (Deutscher)Gilmore)
