Peter Pappadake, of 29 Kendall Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, died September 18, 2010.
Born August 15, 1920 in The Bronx, he was the son of Gustave and Rose Pappadake.
He was employed by General Motors for thirty years and he was a member of Local 664 of the UAW. Peter was a parishioner of St. Teresa of Avila Church, where he served as an usher and bingo worker.
He was a member of St. Elmo Council #318 of the Knights of Columbus where he was a Past Grand Knight. He was also a member of the Sleepy Hollow Seniors. He was a longtime Sleepy Hollow resident.
He is survived by his step-son James White and his wife Mary Ellen of Stony Point and by his grandchildren Brian, James L., and Allison M. White. He is also survived by four nephews and two nieces. He was predeceased by his wife Monica, on March 29, 2005, his parents and two brothers.

He was predeceased by his wife Monica on March 29, 2005, his parents and two brothers. Visitation will be at COFFEY FUNERAL HOME on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9PM. His Funeral Mass will be Tuesday at St. Teresa of Avila Church at 10:00 with interment to follow in Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.
