About Pablo Cordero Palma
Pablo Cordero-Palma wrote and preformed the famous Stabat Mater of Bacolor still widely known and popular today. Pablo’s music was first premiered at Teatro Sabina on November 16, 1902. Pablo wrote music for countless zarzuelas including the Crisostomo Soto’s Alang Dios. Pablo has been known for his musical talents.

Don Pablo Palma y Cordero is the famous composer of the songs in Crissot's Zarzuela "Alang Dios" and many others. He is also known as the composer of the "Hosanna" sung during Palm Sunday, "Stabat Mater" during Good Friday and "Resurecsit" for Easter Sunday. He also composed Marian Songs sung during novena for the feast of our Lady of La Naval and Sta. Ines known as the "Rosario Cantada". His compositions live on these days as his great grandchildren continue to play the violin for his compositions during Good Friday and other occasions.
