Mr. Paige Wilson, 79, of 1209 W. Main Street, Quinton, Okla. died on Friday, Sept. 8, 2006. He was a native of Marion and a son of the late Haye T. Wilson and Kathleen Flynn Wilson.
He was a retired truck driver and a member of Bill's Creek Baptist Church of Lake Lure. He attended school at Lake Lure.
He is survived by sisters, Beth Wilson Dalton of Marion, Lucy Lester of Oak Grove, La. and Aileen Brown of Spartanburg, S.C.; brothers, Roland, Tommy and Ronnie Wilson, all of Marion; nieces and nephews, Lisa Lester of Monroe, La., Renee Loftin of Bossier City, La., Tim Lester of Atlanta, Ga., Keith Brown of Knoxville, Tenn., Mitchell Wilson of Concord, Randy Wilson of Georgetown, S.C., Lynn Wilson, Steve Dalton, Junior Dalton and Jerry Dalton all of Marion; extended family, Dale and Regina Dalton, William Sr. and Lu Wanda Breen, Billy Ray Dalton of Quinton, Okla., Billy Green of Lake Lure, Horace Dalton of Texas and Paul and Ethel Dalton of Lake Lure.
Graveside memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 21, 2006 at Bills Creek Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Mitchell Wilson, Rev. Dr. Hank Williams and Rev. Ken Hay.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bills Creek Baptist Church, Bills Creek Road, Lake Lure, N.C. 28746. Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs, S.C. is serving the Wilson family.
