Patrick Murray, here treated, is the son of Patrick Murray of Fallahill RMS 1580-1593: charter number 87 The name of his mother is not certainly known but it seems quite likely that he was the son of Margaret Fleming

25 June 1560: Charter by which John Somerville of Cambusnethan confirms that he has given (vendidit) the barony of Cambusnethan to John Somerville, the son procreated between him and his wife Katherinam Murray. His charter was witnessed by Patrick Murray, son of Patrick Murray of Fallahill, and others. RMS 1580-1593: charter number 87
