Patrick Stoneking, an aged and highly respected citizen, died at his home in Dunkard township, Saturday evening, November 27, 1915, aged 89 years, 11 months and 17 days, of infirmities incident to old age. Mr. Stoneking had followed farming all his life and was very successful. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church. Beside his wife he is survived by the following children: Minor (Mary) Stoneking, of Brock; Lazear and Forney (Alice) Stoneking, of near Garards Fort: Evan Stoneking, of West Virginia; Sanford and Dinsmore (Emma) Stoneking, Mrs. Dennis Morely and Mrs. Boyers, of near Mt. Morris, and Mrs. David (Miranda) Fox and Mrs. Kinsey (Sadie Bell) Fox, of Kirby, Pa. (obit courtesy of Gerald Hobson)
