Paul W. Runk Sr.
Paul W. Runk Sr., 73, of 1058 Baltimore St., Hanover, died at the Hanover General Hospital at 8:30 a.m. today. He had been a patient there for one month. He was a son of the late Wesley and Cora Shue Runk, and was married to Mary Hildebrand Runk, who died in August 1969. He had been employed by the Hanover Pen Co., and was a veteran of World War I, having served with the U.S. Army. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Littlestown. Surviving are two grandchildren; a step-son, Clarence Caler, Milestown, and two brothers, Robert Runk and Ralph Runk, both of Hanover. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown. The Rev. W. C. Karns will officiate, and burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lloyd Stavely, Paul King, James Bowers, Arthur Mummert, Arthur Boyd and Harry Harner.
