Paul Theodore LeRoy Nordberg Jr. "LUAP" Passed away peacefully on June 29, 2008, while sitting next to his sweet wife of 56 years, Dorothy Jean Middaugh.
Born August 17, 1932 in Salt Lake City, UT to Paul Theodore LeRoy Nordberg and Venice Eloise Jamieson. In the winter of 1948 Dorothy moved next door to Paul. There was an instant attraction and on December 15, 1952 they were married for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple.
Survived by his wife; two sons, Greg (Jill) and Brent (Teresa); and a daughter Lora Lynn (Jeff) Bingham. He had 10 beautiful grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren with one more due in seven weeks.
Paul was proud to serve in the U.S. Navy and loved his country dearly. He was trained by his father at an early age to become a meat cutter where he worked for many years. Later he worked for Oscar Mayer as a salesman. After retirement he became a bus driver for Jordan School District where he loved working with the children and making many friends. His greatest pride and joy was his family. He will be leaving many cherished memories: Lake Powell, camping, lizard hunting, fishing and so on. He is loved by all that knew him and will be greatly missed. We Love you Sweetheart, Dad and Grandpa!
