About Pedro Singson Reyes
Pedro Singson Reyes was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He served as governor of Ilocos Sur from 1937 to 1941 and 1956 to 1959. He also served as representative for 1st district of Ilocos Sur from 1931 to 1935.
