Paragraph th 2d: I likewise leave my Sons William and Peter Hanks whole Executors & after all my just & lawful Debts are paid a true and Exact Divition maid between my two Sons aforsd. except such thinks as hereafte rExcepted Viz:
Paragraph th 3d: I give and bequeath to my Daughter Eliner Nelson three head of Sheep & a paire Shoes and Stockings to Robert Nelson
