Philip Henry Fry

Philip was born in 1834. He was the son of Philip Fry and Pamelia M. Anderson.
He was clerk of Orange County for many years. Philip was taken into the clerk's office by his father when he was 18 years old. After his father's death in 1859, Philip was elected clerk and remained in the office through six elections, except for two years (1869 and 1870) when it was held by a military appointee.
Philip married Mary Oden, daughter of Archibald and Mary Oden, 6 Aug 1873.They had no children. He passed away in 1911.
