Phillip was born in 1667. He is the son of Thomas Pratt and Susannah Gleason.
In 1698 Phillip ( -1739) married widow Rebecca [Newton] ( -1728) at Framingham.[1] Rebecca Newton was the widow of Isaac Newton of Marlborough. She became a widow 12 Aug 1685 and in the December following gave birth to Isaac Newton's posthumous child (see his will and the accompanying documents). She married Phillip Pratt of Framingham some time before 1698 or about that time. As the wife of Phillip Pratt she had two sons born: [2]

- Phillip, Jr., b. 10 Sep 1701; m. in Weston, Mary Osland of Newton, MA.
Phillip Pratt died 12 February 1739 at Framingham, Massachusetts. [3]
