Phebe was born at Harwich (now Brewster), Barnstable, MA, on 20 January 1726/27. She was the daughter of John Wing (IV) and Rebecca Freeman Vickerie. She married Nathaniel Foster at int. published, Harwich, Barnstable, MA, after 21 June 1746. She died circa 1767. Her body was interred at Brewster, Dutchess, NY, at Old Sears Burial Ground.
