Priscilla (Coffin) Gardner descends from Tristram Coffin Sr, a Nantucket founder.
Priscilla Coffin, daughter of Jethro and Mary (Gardner) Coffin, was born on Nantucket, Nantucket, Massachusetts Bay Colony in 1691.

Priscilla Coffin married John Gardner, with whom she had at least six children.

She died on 23 November 1772 in Nantucket, Nantucket, Massachusetts Bay Colony.
