Weisiger III, 1985. p39. p280. 3 April 1747; Richard Randolph of Henrico Co. from John Williamson and Prudence his wife of Hanover Co., 150 acres on north side James River in Henrico Parish, next to John Cox. Land was devised to Prudence Cox, now wife of said Williamson, by will of (torn) Cox, her father; Signed John Williamson, Prudence Williamson; Wit: William Wilday,, Charles Ellis, Wm. Harding; Rec. 1st Mon. July 1747.

Prudence Cox married John Williamson in Goochland County 17 January (bond) 1736/7. They were living in Hanover County in April 1747 when they sold the 150 acres she inherited from her father.
