About Pte. Alfred Stuart

Alfred Stuart was the son of John Stuart and Isabella Stuart (nee Legg), of North Middlemuir, Methlick, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. During World War I he served with the New Zealand Machine Gun Corps. Alfred was wounded in Belgium, dying of his wounds on 14 October 1917. He was buried in the Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery.
