Pvt. Hawkins Ragland

Hawkins Ragland served in the Union Army during the American Civil War as a Private in Company A, 31st Illinois Infantry Regiment. He enlisted on August 21, 1861 and mustered in on September 18, 1861. He died of an unknown disease at home on June 3, 1862.
