About Rachel Boston

In 1756... Rachel Boston, by her attorney, Litton Dennis, brought suit against Henry White (evidently her son-in-law) to recover from him 215 pounds of tobacco. On 19 Aug. the court ordered him "to show cause," but he did not respond; execution was ordered by the court on the third Tuesday of Nov. (Som. Jud. rec. 1754/57, p. 224).
